GENERAL MANAGERS MEETING
Developed and managed global conference for Consumer product companies “Top of House” executives chosen from 200 subsidiaries selling the company’s products. The event was a full stage and show production in which the Chairman presented a 10-year strategy plan. Responsibilities included the selection and negotiation of the meeting venue; vendor interviews and selection; assemblage of the production team within employees; determining off-site location events and guided tours; overall on-site management. The company created a special executive gathering in a unique setting – the Rodin Sculpture Garden of the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University - which provided an imaginative and stimulating backdrop.

SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT
Consumer product company gathered their senior management and NGOs who work closely with them for a “2-day intensive” summit in order to discuss the ongoing progress of aggressive global sustainability initiatives. C. Madden Productions identified an impressive venue for this innovative and groundbreaking discussion on Sustainability. Liberty Science Center is an interactive science museum that includes technological advances and allowed CMP to coordinate the meetings and expo in a unique environment that highlighted the Summit’s specific agenda. The Summit also required management of attendees and on-site registration as well as logistical and technical planning with the Center’s staff.

CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION MEETING
Organize a 4-day conference for a consumer product company bringing together their sales and marketing forces in the United States and Canada. Overall development and Management including talent identification, negotiation and management, product and initiative expo, community service activity and live program production.

ROSE BOWL STADIUM EVENT
​
Created an interactive evening of soccer and football (and some rugby) for the senior executives of a global consumer products corporation. We engaged the executives in participating in the games. Prepared music for broadcast and images/copy for the jumbotron screen. Included picnic style dinner and tours of the world famous Rose Bowl locker room!

WOMEN IN THE WORLD SUMMIT

C. Madden Productions was invited to join the expansive production team to implement The Sixth Annual Women in the World Summit that was presented in association with The New York Times. The Summit is a premier showcase for women from around the world and places the focus on those who effect change on a daily basis. Participants included activists, peacemakers, CEOs, entrepreneurs and world leaders with thought provoking panels and speakers who covered a wide range of subjects impacting lives globally. Women (and men) who are working on the front lines of activism in over 20 countries spoke in a moderated format. The responsibilities of C. Madden Productions included overall guest/audience management, priority seating for VIPs (including two meal functions – Dinner and Lunch), general seating and ticketing for groups and daily attendees and also required management of box office ticket sales. The 2015 summit participants included Ana DuVerney, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Freida Pinto, Meryl Streep, Jon Stewart, and others.

TOOTHPASTE PLANT DEDICATION AND OPENING | MORRISTOWN, TENNESSEE

Official opening of a state of the art and LEED certified toothpaste production plant. Ceremony was led by Phil Breseden, Governor of the State of Tennessee. The entrance of the plant was tented for the unveiling, local dignitaries, corporate executives and plant workers invited for this
all day celebration.

THE CHAIRMAN’S “YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE” CELEBRATION

The Chairman's Campaign is an annual initiative acknowledging employees from around the world for their outstanding achievements on all levels. C. Madden Productions created and managed a week-long series of events which culminated with an awards dinner involving the Board of Directors and a presentation at the Colgate-Palmolive stockholders meeting. The company was responsible for reporting directly to the senior management of the company and facilitating the daily activities of all participants as well as fulfilling any special requirements.
Length of program: 7 days in New York City. Total of 10 events with an average of 100 people at each event.

GLOBEOP – Financial Conferences
​
Created a series of events for GlobeOp (a London based global fund administrator company) to introduce new strategies, technologies and programs for their clients in the financial industry. Development included venue and vendor identification, creative, guest list development and management, live program staging and overall management. GlobeOp was bought by a larger firm and events discontinued.

Developed and implemented bi-yearly investment strategy conference. Guest speaker included President Bill Clinton. Included implementing registration website and coordinating off-site functions.

Opening of new building on Park Avenue in New York City with all the Scandinavian Heads of State with Their Majesties King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden leading the delegation.
