Its’ scope of services includes conceptualizing and developing themes and goals for the events; venue identification; fundraising and sponsorship; projecting and managing budgets; vendor identification and ongoing interaction with the vendors; producing stage shows; constructing printed/ digital programs and advertising journals; speechwriting; coordinating design and production of invitations and registration materials; communication with corporate executives and honorees; venue/site selection; managing guest lists and seating; public relations outreach for events; and implementing any additional elements required for the event.
